SHIPPING 

Through July 25th get Free Ground Shipping on ANY purchase. - No code necessary. The free shipping discount will automatically be applied once you select the shipping method at checkout. Free shipping does not apply to returned items. 

In-stock products will ship in 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted. When you make a purchase online, you will have two options to receive your purchase:

  • Ship via the method you choose at checkout (Currently only shipping via USPS is available).
  • Free in store pickup during normal business hours - Our online inventory is pulled from BOTH of our locations.
    • If you select in store pickup and the item(s) you are purchasing are in stock at the pickup location, the items will be available for pickup within 1 business day.
    • HOWEVER, if the item(s) you are purchasing are in stock at the other location, the items will be available for pickup within 2-3 business days. Before purchasing, you can check to see which location the item(s) is in stock by clicking on the Check availability link in the Information box for that item.

If you are interested in a product we do not have listed on line or is out of stock, please email [email protected] and we can let you know if you are able to purchase and arrange for payment and delivery.

 

RETURNS

In store
We want you to love the products you purchase from Up-N-Running as much as we do. For footwear purchases, we encourage you to gently wear your shoes once or twice (preferably indoors) and keep the original box and receipt until you are certain it is the right choice for you. If an item purchased in store hasn't met your expectations, you can exchange it for something else or return it for a full refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase. 

Online
For items purchased online, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for exchange, refund or store credit. Returned items must be in the condition you received them in and accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip. Exceptions are for items damaged in shipping or factory defects. Return the items either in store or ship an item back via USPS (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee.

Please note: Final sale items include shoes sold as part of the Closeout Shoe Sale (tagged with CLOSEOUT), underwear, bras, socks, and nutrition products.
